Yes — with the exception of Italy.

This year alone we have shipped to the USA, Norway, Australia, Dubai and Israel. However, getting our soaps through customs in Italy has proven unsuccessful so many times that we’ve had to remove it as a shipping option.
Sorry to all our Italian fans!

We do obtain a tracking number for each parcel, however we don’t currently send tracking details automatically at dispatch. If you would like your tracking number, please email abbie@droyt.com and we’ll be happy to provide it.
Please note that Royal Mail tracking often only updates once delivery has been attempted.

Please email us at abbie@droyt.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Absolutely! Just enter your recipient’s details in the shipping section at checkout.
We don’t include invoices, receipts, or paperwork, so you don’t need to worry about them seeing the price.
We can also include a hand-written compliment slip with a brief note if you leave your message in the customer comments box at checkout.

Products & Ingredients

Yes! All of our soaps are vegan and never tested on animals.

Yes — all of our soaps are free from SLS, parabens, and microplastics.

Yes. Glycerine is a natural humectant, meaning it helps draw moisture into the skin from the surrounding environment, leaving skin feeling softer and more hydrated.
If you have particularly sensitive or cracked skin, we recommend starting with our Unperfumed bar. With only seven ingredients, it’s gentle enough to use from birth.

Yes — our Unperfumed bar is a brilliant choice for facial cleansing. It gently cleanses without clogging pores, helps to moisturise, and is incredibly gentle while still being effective.
In fact, many of the ladies in our factory have now ditched expensive cleansers and makeup removers in favour of our Unperfumed bars.

By law, our soaps are labelled with a best before period of 24–36 months. However, if stored in a cool, dry place, they can last for many years beyond this.
Over time, the fragrance may fade slightly and the bar may shrink or “sink” in the middle due to natural water evaporation — but the soap itself remains perfectly safe to use and its cleaning performance won’t degrade.

This depends on how often you use it, but on average our 100g bars last 3–5 weeks with regular use.
Letting your soap dry out between uses will help it last longer.

Soap Care & Storage

The best way to extend the life of your soap is to let it dry out fully between uses. We recommend using a well-draining soap dish and keeping the bar away from standing water.

This is completely normal. Traditional glycerine soap naturally continues to lose moisture over time, which can cause the bar to shrink slightly or develop a shallow dip in the centre. It doesn’t affect performance — it’s simply part of the soap’s natural ageing process.

Not at all. Glycerine soap is a natural humectant, meaning it attracts moisture from the air. In warm or humid environments (especially bathrooms), the surface can feel slightly tacky.
To avoid this, keep your soap on a draining dish and store spare bars somewhere cool and dry.

Store spare soap in a cool, dry place, ideally in a cupboard or drawer away from heat and humidity. If you’re storing multiple bars, keeping them wrapped until needed will help preserve their fragrance.

Yes. Although our soaps are labelled with a best before period of 24–36 months, they can last for many years when stored properly.
Over time the scent may fade slightly, and the bar may shrink due to natural water evaporation, but the soap remains perfectly safe to use and its cleaning function won’t degrade.

Absolutely. Many customers use Droyt soaps as display soaps because of their colour and clarity. If you’d like to keep them looking their best, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight and bathroom humidity until ready to use.Accordion Content
